• AI Text Humanizer: Transforms AI-generated text to sound more natural and human-like
• AI Detection Analysis: Provides scoring on how AI-like text appears

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Unlimited text cleaning
• 500 characters per day for AI humanization
• Basic AI detection scoring

Pro Plans

• Weekly ($4.99/week): 50,000 characters per day
• Annual ($49.99/year): 100,000 characters per day
• Advanced AI humanization features
• Priority support

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are processed through Stripe
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

• Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next day
• Excessive usage that degrades service performance may result in temporary restrictions
• We reserve the right to implement additional fair use policies

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Generating harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Creating spam, phishing, or fraudulent materials
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Automated or bulk processing without permission
• Creating content that violates any applicable laws

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of text you submit to the Service
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
• We do not permanently store your submitted text
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit

Service Content

• The Service, including its software, algorithms, and design, is owned by AIgoodbAI
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• All trademarks and service marks are property of their respective owners

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You can delete your account and data at any time
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability

• No compensation for temporary service interruptions

11. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

13. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• You may delete your account through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination may occur for severe violations

14. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be announced via email or website notice
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
